At Why Dive & Surf, we want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please read the information below regarding shipping, delivery, and returns.
Standard Shipping
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on parcel size, weight, and destination.Standard Parcel Post delivery times vary by location (typically 3–7 business days within Australia).
Express & International Shipping
Express Post and International Economy shipping options may be available at checkout (where applicable).Delivery times are estimated by Australia Post and may vary depending on location and service selected.
Click & Collect (Free Pickup)
You can choose to pick up your order from our Whyalla store during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm), after hours options on request, please email us to arrange a call back during office hours, include your phone number in the email. Orders will be ready for collection once you receive a confirmation email. Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID when collecting.
Order Processing
Click and collect orders take priority all attempts are made to process on the day ready for pick up by close of business. Postal orders within 1–2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup.Please note: shipping times provided by Australia Post are estimates and may be affected by peak periods, weather events, or other delays outside our control.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Change of Mind:
Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit, provided they are in original condition (unworn, unused, undamaged, with tags attached).
Faulty or Incorrect Items :
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Non-returnable items :
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, underwear, or sale/clearance items unless faulty.
Abusive, offencive, rude and unreasonable communication:
Will immediately void any refunds warranties or further assistance. We understand that for lots of reason a purchase does not end in the customer getting what they wanted, and we will within reason try to make you a happy customer. Please respect our staff and our process.
